These Terms govern the relationship between Elena Shvyrkova, registered as a self-employed individual in the Russian Federation under the NPD (Professional Income Tax) regime, INN 025501266814 (operating as “TryNova”, “we”), and users of the TryNova app and web service. By using the service, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.

2. Service Description

TryNova is an AI-powered virtual try-on platform. The service includes: virtual try-on, digital twin creation, digital wardrobe, AI stylist, and professional product photo generation.

3. Account Registration

Most features require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and not share account access with third parties.

4. Pricing & Payment

TryNova offers several subscription plans. Payment is processed via YooKassa. Subscriptions renew automatically. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to photos you upload. By uploading, you grant TryNova a limited licence to process content solely to provide the service. You guarantee you have all necessary rights to uploaded materials.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Upload illegal or offensive content;
  • Upload photos of third parties without their consent;
  • Reverse-engineer the service;
  • Use automated tools to access the service.

7. Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TryNova is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid by you in the last 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Russian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Moscow.
